CoralGrid is formed by young, energetic professionals who have come in with complementary, but different experiences and from different backgrounds. We are growing rapidly, and each new professional brings with him or her a new personality. At CoralGrid, we tie in our various personalities with a common culture which amplifies our strengths and leverages our differences.

Professionalism

This is the key for building a large organization. It is the way to ensure that the different cogs in the organizational machinery fit well with each other and with the external world, move in a well-oiled way. In implementation, it involves respect for others' time and efforts (keep all commitments and timings, internal and external), thorough preparation before meetings and presentations, and keeping official relations and commitments untainted by personal life.


Creativity in thinking

Considering the rapidly changing landscape of the economy in general and the IT industry in specific, we are constantly thrown into situations that even experience cannot grapple with. Creativity helps us deal, not just with new situations, but even with old situations in better ways. In practice, it translates into active brainstorming sessions, a creative attitude, questions, arguments and debates. This creativity is tempered with constant feedback to ensure what we have done is effective.


Discipline in action

Strategy and planning is worth nothing if the implementation is ineffective. The razor-sharp focus in our execution translates ideas into reality. At the implementation level, it means operational planning, 'to do' lists, timelines, monitoring systems, feedback, fine-tuning and most important of all, a constant struggle for perfection.


Sense of urgency

We realized that very often it does not matter whether the solution is the perfect one, if it is implemented too late. It seems important to take the decision and to act on it quickly rather than ponder over it (or believe one is!) while waiting for things to solve themselves. We constantly watch what we do to make sure that our 'not-yet-perfect' quick solutions reach excellent quality through fine-tuning and feedback.


Genuineness

The overriding purpose of the company is to add value to all our stakeholders - clients, service providers, employees, investors and partners. Yes, the organization is and has to continue to be very profitable, but that will come out of this long term goal of constantly adding value to others, by maintaining highest standards of integrity, and not by scrambling for more in the immediate future.
